Transfer to a small pan and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.<\/p>\n<p>Put the chicken in the slow cooker and coat with the sauce and cook for 6-8\u00a0hours on LOW.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the\u00a0chicken from the slow cooker and place on a cutting board.
