So here is an example of\u00a0a day on plan. You can find a 7 day planner on the SW website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.slimmingworld.co.uk\/healthy-eating\/non-vegetarian-menu.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> (there is also a vegetarian option) or the SW\u00a0magazines. If you have your own suggestions please comment below, I&#8217;ll be making changes to this list based on feedback.<\/p>\n<h5>Breakfast<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Overnight Oats<\/strong> &#8211; super quick, prepare\u00a0night before, using porridge oats, fruit and yogurt. See my favourite here.<\/p>\n<h5>Lunch<\/h5>\n<p><strong>SW Ready made soup<\/strong> &#8211; available exclusively in Iceland. My favourite is this <a href=\"http:\/\/groceries.iceland.co.uk\/slimming-world-sweetcorn-chowder-500g\/p\/65154\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">one<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Homemade tomato soup<\/strong> &#8211; easy to make using only a few ingredients, recipe <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rahema.co.uk\/blog\/easy-tomato-soup\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jacket potato<\/strong> &#8211; top it with your favourite toppings.<\/p>\n<h5>Dinner<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Chicken curry with rice<\/strong> &#8211; super easy recipe <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rahema.co.uk\/blog\/chicken-spinach-curry\/\">here<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pasta with meatballs<\/strong> &#8211; one of our favourite meals<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fish &amp; chips<\/strong> &#8211; eat chips and still lose weight!
