My mum used to make these all the time when we used to get together, they were the kid&#8217;s (and our) favourite. So buttery and moreish, perfect with a cup of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rahema.co.uk\/blog\/karak-chai\/\">chai<\/a>.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThey are super easy to make, even Mufti Menk made them the other day! The recipe I used is not the same as his though. Add the vanilla extract.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAdd the cornflour and plain flour and mix it by hand until you have a dough.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nPlace the dough mixture in a piping bag with a large nozzle attached.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nPipe each biscuit onto a baking tray (make them as long or as short as you want). Make sure there is some space in between the biscuits.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nBake them in the oven for around 10-12 minutes till they&#8217;re lightly golden.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nOnce you remove the biscuits from the oven, let them cool down on the tray for another 10 minutes.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nOnce the biscuits are cooled, you can dip them in some melted chocolate to make them even more indulging or leave them as they are as they&#8217;re equally tasty.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These biscuits are actually called Melting Moments but they are affectively known as Nani&#8217;s Bisuits in our family.
